Boulder NanoDays 2015

March 27, 2015 – CU Science Discovery is teaming up with the Boulder Public Library, Colorado NanoFabrication Lab and Nanomaterials Characterization Facility to celebrate Boulder NanoDays 2015. The event will be held at the Boulder Public Library on Saturday April 4, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. MDT

NanoDays is a nationwide event designed to explore the minuscule world of atoms, molecules and nanoscale forces. Boulder’s NanoDays event brings CU Boulder researchers together with science educators to explore nano- materials, products and properties, and their potential impacts on our everyday lives.

  • Create circuits with graphene
  • Play with kinetic sand
  • Picture yourself as a nano scientist
  • Experience some of the tools used in nanoscale science
  • Use beads to write your name in binary code
