November 27, 2017 – Ball Corporation’s board of directors today elected Nate C. Carey as vice president and controller of the corporation. Carey, 39, joined Ball as assistant controller in 2014 after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for more than a decade. He is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a MBA from Colorado State University. In addition to his role at Ball, Carey serves on the board of directors for A Precious Child, Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of disadvantaged and displaced children and families in Colorado.
Shawn M. Barker, Ball’s former controller, has been named vice president, finance transformation.
